请问我的电脑为什么连115网盘官网都打不开 用115游览器也是打不开  提示  该网页无法访问，  都一个星期了   电脑能上网  打开其他网站都正常，就打开115不行   我用手机电脑的网也一样打不开，但是手机用流量就行  麻烦解决下

已经按提示安装115游览器5.1.7.29版本   还是打不开       我的qq是122272989
